If you're not satisfied with your Rise product or service for any reason, please reach out to us at tryrise.org/help. Depending on the situation, we may offer a product replacement or a full or partial refund of the purchase price, at our sole discretion. We may ask you to return the product at your own expense and/or provide photos showing the reason for your dissatisfaction before processing any refund, replacement, or credit. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
You are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery for any damage or other issues. Please contact Rise at tryrise.org/help within 7 days of receiving your order so we can investigate and replace any damaged products.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order's delivery date. Refunds are limited to the amount paid for that month's product. You are responsible for shipping any unused product back to Rise in its original packaging, including all return shipping and handling costs.
Rise provides customized hair loss treatments designed to help restore your hair. While we're committed to helping as many people as possible, we understand our solutions may not be the right fit for everyone. If you're not satisfied with a prescription product within 6 months of starting treatment, contact Rise at tryrise.org/help to adjust or cancel your subscription. Use the subject line "Guarantee Return Request" and follow the return shipping instructions we provide. Be sure to include your order number along with any relevant details. All returned products must be in their original packaging, and the order numbers on the packaging and product label must match in order to receive a refund. Once we receive the returned product, we'll issue a refund for the price paid, less any applicable shipping, handling, and other fees.
The 6-Month Money-Back Guarantee covers a refund on your most recent month's supply only. You have 6 months to return your most recent month's supply for a refund if you're unsatisfied for any reason. This guarantee applies solely to your most recent month's supply — not the full duration of your subscription or bundle. Non-prescription products are not covered under this guarantee.
